Bill owns a home health agency.He is CPR certified, graduated from CERT, Community Emergency Response Team, ICS 100, 200 and 700, ham radio licensed, Homeland Security WMD Standardized Awareness Program (AWR-160), map and compass, search strategies and scent theory.

Ranger Captain is mostly Black Lab. He was born in December of 2004. Bill and Ranger have been together since April of 2005. Ranger is certified in air scent and in training for human remains detection. He has earned the AKC Canine Good Citizen.
